Healthier SG is a national initiative by the Ministry of Health (MOH) focusing on preventive health. Singaporeans can take proactive steps to manage their health, prevent the onset of chronic diseases and have strong support to lead healthier lifestyles.

One Family Clinic and One Health Plan for Everyone
We want all Singaporeans to have a trusted and lifelong relationship with your family doctor.
Your family doctor will work with you to develop a personalised health plan. You can visit our family clinic for all your care needs and discuss your health goals, including the nationally recommended health screenings and vaccinations you should go for.
At Eden, you may use our Health Targets Calculator to generate evidence-based Health Targets for your Personalized Health Plan. These targets will have to be validated with a Family Doctor.
How to Enrol and Register for Healthier SG?
Under Healthier SG, you can click here to enroll with our Healthier SG clinic partner Kingsway Medical Clinic (Braddell), and our Family Doctors will develop a personalised Health Plan with you.
