• Pregnancy-related complications - bleeding, abdominal pain
• Visual disturbances - blurring of vision, flashes, acute floaters
• High fever more than 3 days

Everything is browser-based. Our Remedy App is a Web App that is meant to help you better manage your health conditions. 

MCs are legitimate as long as they are issued by SMC-registered doctors. MCs are issued only after a proper assessment over (2-way Audio Visual) Video Consult.  As the DigiMC is a computer-generated MC, the doctor's signature is not required. The doctor's name and MCR number are stated on the DigiMC. To further cement its authenticity, ensure that the digital MC is issued from the https://mc.gov.sg domain.

There will be situations where assessment of your condition via tele-consult cannot be achieved safely. Our doctors will advise the necessary cause of action which may include visiting your nearest clinic or heading to the nearest A&E department. No fees will be charged. Digital MCs will not be issued in these cases as well.

2-way Audio Visual communication is a legal requirement for tele-consultation in Singapore. No fees will be charged in this case, and you are advised to visit a clinic for a face to face consultation of your condition.

We do not accept appointments for now. Do drop us a WhatsApp between 9am - 3pm on Weekdays (excl Weekends and PH) whenever you are ready to see a Doctor, and we add you into queue directly. Doctor in most cases, will be able to see you within 10 minutes*.

*Wait times during peak hours (usually Monday Mornings) can be 20-30 minutes.
