Data Deletion Instructions
Digital Health Pte Ltd is committed to safeguarding the privacy of every patient. If you no longer wish for us to retain your personal information, you may submit a data deletion request at any time. The steps below explain how to do this and what information we require to verify your identity.
How to Request Deletion
Please send a written request using one of the options below:

- WhatsApp our support line at +65 8897 7900
- Mail a letter to: Data Protection Officer, Digital Health Pte Ltd, 20 Kramat Lane, #02-11 United House, Singapore 228773
Information to Include
To help us locate your records and protect your privacy, please provide:
- Your full name and the last four characters of your NRIC/FIN or passport number
- The mobile number and email address used during registration or teleconsultation
- Optional reference information such as consultation date, order ID, or invoice number to speed up verification
What Happens Next
We will acknowledge your request within seven (7) business days. Once we verify your identity, we will remove or anonymise the relevant personal data within thirty (30) days, unless retention is required by law (for example, to comply with healthcare regulations or financial record keeping obligations).
If part of your care was delivered by our medical partners (including Kingsway Medical Clinics or Health Screening Centre Pte Ltd), we will coordinate with them to ensure that the deletion request is completed across all systems where legally permissible.
