- Consult fee: $15 nett
- Delivery (standard): $8 (same-day)
- Delivery (express): $13 (within 3 hours)
- Medical Certificate: Digital MC from mc.gov.sg (issued based on doctor's professional assessment)
- Memo fee: $10 for a basic memo / referral letter (if requested)

When video consults are not suitable
If you experience any of these warning signs, seek urgent in-person care.
- Chest pain or palpitations
- Shortness of breath
- Severe or persistent abdominal pain
- Blood in urine
- Black stools / melaena
- Bleeding in vomit, cough, or wounds
- Numbness or weakness in limbs or face
- Pregnancy-related complications
- Visual disturbances
- High fever lasting over 3 days
Patients under 16 years old must have a parent or guardian present or provide consent before the teleconsultation.
